Terms of Service

By using this website or placing an order with Stitch Happens Creative, you agree to the following terms.

Custom Product Policy

All quilts are custom-made from clothing and fabric items supplied by the customer. Because each project is unique, designs and layouts may vary depending on garment condition, size, and design requirements.

Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to reserve a quilt project. Work will begin once the deposit is received and items are delivered. Deposits secure a place in the production schedule.

Final Payment

The remaining balance must be paid before the completed quilt is shipped or delivered.

Customer-Supplied Materials

Customers are responsible for making certain clothing items are clean and suitable for quilting. Some garments may not be usable depending on condition or fabric type.

Unused garments will not be returned unless otherwise requested to be included with the final product.

Design Decisions

Every effort is made to incorporate meaningful elements of the items provided. Final layout decisions may be adjusted to create the best finished quilt.

Limitation of Liability

While great care is taken with customer-supplied materials, Stitch Happens Creative cannot guarantee against normal wear, fabric fragility, or unforeseen material limitations.
