Processing Time

Production timelines vary depending on project complexity and current production schedule. Most quilts are completed within 6-8 weeks once items are received. We will give our best estimate of production timeline, but time estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Items

Customers shipping items should package them securely and include their name and contact information.

Return Shipping

Finished quilts will be shipped to the customer’s provided address once the final payment is received. Local pickup in the Austin area may be arranged.

Shipping carriers and tracking information will be provided when available.
