Deposit Policy

A 50% deposit is required to reserve a custom quilt project.

Deposits secure your place in the production schedule and allow time to be reserved for your project.

Deposits are non-refundable once your items have been received and your place in the production schedule is set.

Cancellations

If a project is cancelled before work begins, refunds, less return shipping and processing charges, may be issued at the sole discretion of Stitch Happens Creative.

Custom Work

Because quilts are custom-made from customer-supplied materials, completed projects are not eligible for returns or refunds.
